Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GripRank. GripRank is operated by BFF Climbing Pte. Ltd ("BFF Climbing", "GripRank", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 2 Kallang Ave, #01-20, Singapore 339407.

By using GripRank, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use GripRank for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation.

GripRank provides tools and public pages for climbing competitions, including:

• competition setup, registration, athlete administration, and payment-connected flows;
• judge workflows, scoring, rankings, and leaderboards; and
• public event, result, and spectator-facing pages.

An organiser may set additional event-specific rules, eligibility requirements, schedules, and refund conditions. Those event-specific terms apply alongside these Terms.

Keep your account credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where permitted by law.

Anyone submitting an athlete registration must provide accurate information and have authority to submit it. In particular, organisers, parents, guardians, and other registrants must ensure they are authorised to provide a young athlete's details and any required consents.

BFF Climbing is the merchant of record for payments processed through GripRank. Payments are processed by Stripe or Stripe-connected payment flows. You must provide accurate billing information and pay the fees shown at checkout.

Refund eligibility is shown in the applicable registration terms or at checkout, and is subject to applicable law. We handle refunds and chargebacks in accordance with those terms, our payment-provider requirements, and applicable law.

GripRank may publish competition information and results. Public results may include an athlete's name, school, club, ranking, scores, and event information. They are a normal and intended part of the competition service.

Organisers are responsible for entering accurate competition information and for having the appropriate authority to use athlete information in GripRank. Athletes and registrants should tell the relevant organiser promptly if their registration information is incorrect.

You must not misuse GripRank. In particular, do not:

• access data, accounts, or areas of the service without authorisation;
• interfere with registrations, scoring, rankings, leaderboards, or live competition operations;
• submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material; or
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service beyond rights allowed by law.

You may choose to connect your GripRank organiser account to ChatGPT. The GripRank tools made available through that connection are read-only and cannot create, change, publish, or delete GripRank records. If ChatGPT provides a GripRank link and manual instructions, no change occurs unless an authorised user completes it in GripRank.

AI-generated answers may be incomplete or incorrect. You should verify important competition information in GripRank before relying on it or taking action. ChatGPT is a separate service provided by OpenAI and is also subject to the terms, privacy settings, and availability that apply to your ChatGPT account.

GripRank's software, branding, and website content are owned by BFF Climbing or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You retain rights in information you submit, but give us the limited right to use it as needed to provide GripRank, run the relevant competition, publish intended results, and meet our legal and operational responsibilities.

We work to keep GripRank reliable, including during live competitions, but the service may be unavailable or affected by maintenance, connectivity, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, non-payment, a breach of these Terms, or protection of competition integrity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as GripRank changes. The current version will always be available on this page. Continuing to use GripRank after an update means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
